Rubi

Rubi has over 14 years’ experience in organisational development and design as well as equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in both private and public sector organisations. She provides her clients with strategic, inspirational and leadership expertise in relation to culture, values, leadership development, talent management as well as EDI and lead this across 3 organisations. She is an accredited coach and has a level 7 CIPD Qualification in organisational development & design.

She founded Turning tables consulting to help create professional spaces where people can collaborate through a lens of compassion, empathy, and understanding and to support businesses and organisations to build an inclusive fairer and more diverse workplace culture.

Rubi has lead EDI across varies organisations and prioritises relationship-building and service in order to design effective strategies for integrating EDI principles into organisational practices while ensuring that each process is tailored to every client’s unique brand, mission, and goals. Rubi has successfully designed and initiated results-oriented EDI -focused processes, plans, programs, workshops, dialogues, and discussions for senior leaders, people managers and staff that encourage learning, reflection, awareness and understanding as well as community-building across difference. Her mission is to inspire organisational growth, and progress as well as equitable and just outcomes for diverse staff and communities.

Danela

Danela is an executive coach, team coach and a group facilitator with over 20 years’ experience. She works worldwide across industries and is experienced at working with all levels in organisations including C-Suite. Danela always brings a fresh approach and has successfully built capability within organisations to lead change with confidence by developing culture and behaviours which result in growth at an individual and organisational level.

She is both pragmatic and action-orientated and can work at the levels of depth that the individual/team/group needs. Her clients value her ability to help them lead in a direct, non-judgmental and impactful way, cutting though much wasted energy and time. She brings a powerful balance of appropriate support and challenge to both her consulting practice. She is used to working with international and diverse audiences and is therefore very adept at adapting to cultural nuances. She is very experienced at handling group dynamics and is accomplished at dealing with difficulties and tensions that come up in a group setting and moving groups/teams to taking accountability and making timely and well-balanced decisions.

Danela designs and facilitates culture interventions linked to new business models and strategies. She is an expert in cultural transformation working alongside leaders to create environments where people are genuinely connected, included and appreciated– where they can thrive and perform at their best. She is South African. Her experience in equality, diversity began in the 90’s when she worked with South African organisations through their transformation after Nelson Mandela was released from prison and apartheid dismantled . Danela works at the levels needed in culture transformation.

She focuses on helping clients create environments where people are genuinely connected, included and appreciated– where they can thrive and perform at their best. Where systems, policies, processes and technology are designed to support this culture.

Tsheli

Tsheli is a Leadership development and Organisational development consultant with more than 22 years of experience in private, public, humanitarian, and not-for-profit organisations.  She works with senior leaders to understand their leadership challenges.  Having worked across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Tsheli is culturally sensitive, commercially astute and highly adaptive.  Tsheli is originally from South Africa and is based in the UK.  She has a passion for people development, culture change, enabling difference in teams and organisations and finding common ground.

Tsheli’s work is informed by her background as a Clinical Psychologist and Organizational development practitioner.  She provides a confidential, safe, supportive, and challenging environment for clients, enabling them to address their concerns, leadership dilemmas and aspirations. Tsheli builds trust and rapport in order to be able to support and challenge in her client relationships.  She facilitates shifts in the way individuals approach their individual, team and organizational challenges and dilemmas; by leveraging on their strengths and understanding their areas of development, with a view to achieving their goals for the benefit of themselves and their organizations.

Tsheli’s healthcare experience includes facilitating on a leadership development programme for the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR), and a national leadership programme for the Care Quality Improvement, to develop the organisational culture, wellbeing and productivity (this work won the gold award of the Training in the OD (2018) in the OD category).  In addition, she was a member of faculty on Ashridge’s master’s in leadership (Quality Improvement) for the Health Foundation.  She has also coached individuals and groups of senior leaders in the health sector.

Monique

Monique is an experienced leadership coach, consultant and ex-NHS director. She’s an award-winning strategist and change agent and started her NHS career as a PA, navigating her way to a high profile board executive director of strategy and transformation role. 

Monique has held board level responsibility for strategic planning and priorities, commercial partnerships and transformation requirements.  She was also lead COVID recovery director for her healthcare organisation for the first 12 months of the pandemic.

Throughout her career, Monique’s built dynamic, diverse teams and encouraged and supported people to be brave, to bring their authentic self to work and to progress their careers.  She won the PRECIOUS Outstanding Woman in the Public Sector award in 2017 and is a regular leadership and career progression speaker and panellist.

Monique is passionate about supporting organisations to develop and grow diverse talent pipelines and build inclusive leadership capability and transitioned her career path in 2021 to focus on this.  She specialises in systemic coaching approaches to support individuals and teams. Alongside this, Monique hosts a leadership podcast ‘Be Yourself, Back Yourself and Make it Happen’ to share practical insights and advice with leaders at all levels. She also co-founded the Bravery in the Boardroom movement in 2022 which focuses on increasing diversity in senior leadership, so boardrooms are more representative of the communities and staff they serve.

Soraya

Soraya has been working in health services for 8 years. She has completed an Undergraduate Degree and 2 postgraduate diplomas and is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She is non-binary and has followed, and been involved in, LGBT+ activism for many years. Her personal drive, lived experiences, and genuine interest have propelled her to assist individuals and organisations in fostering inclusive environments. With her distinct expertise, she contributes to the realm of equality and diversity consultancy, particularly in a specialised field that may lack sufficient attention.

As a therapist, Soraya brings her knowledge and experience of creating spaces of psychological safety, learning through emotional experience and methods of behaviour change to her training workshops and her wider approach as a consultant. The values of compassion, equality and curiosity are her own and she strives to embody them both within work and in her personal life.
